Three is an important number to my people. I suppose I just needed to hear the idea in three voices other than my own before I could finally accept it.

[Diarmuid bows his head slightly in respect and in thanks.]

[He turns then and starts for the door. The chick in his arms makes what could be a sound of farewell as Diarmuid opens the door to leave, but instead of leaving, he pauses for a moment to look back and give the golden king an excited smile.]
