That's it? Not to sound rude, but I was kind of hoping after all that, you would at least have a few ideas of your own that might work.

[He hasn't given up on organization, but he really doesn't know what else to try.]

Didn't you say it yourself? They don't listen. Let's not pretend I have the charisma to swing an entire town around into cooperating overnight.

[A pause. He taps his finger against the pages of his book.]

I should clarify: my experience is limited. To war.

Ergo, I need a group with some receptivity to orders to start with. If your numbers cannot work as a unit, or if your leadership carries no real weight, I can say very little.

Well, at least you are honest about your shortcomings. I wish more of the people in this group were. We might actually get more done.

[Instead of constantly having to spend what little downtime they have patching back together those who mean well, but don't know when to fall back and let others work.]

I don't know if I feel comfortable holing up in a library with so much currently going on. I will come back when this is done.
