Ruby City Mailbox/Inbox

You have found the Mailbox/Inbox of Diarmuid Ua Duibhne, owner and teacher of the training school, Spiral. If you have business with him or the school, please feel free to leave a message and he will get back to you as soon as possible. Considering his abilities, that might be quicker than you think...
[TEXT]
Did it go alright?
[ Your opinions on Grayson. He wants to know them. ]
[TEXT]
[Well, that's an...interesting answer.]
Re: [TEXT]
For surveillance?
[ Why else would anyone go spend several days out in the woods if not to scout the area? ]
no subject
[Diarmuid grins to himself.]
It would be terrible if your partner in crime got eaten by a dragon...
no subject
...But fine. If it's for surveillance.
no subject
[Maybe even you, Damian.]
For surveillance and a few other things. I am hoping 'fun' and 'relaxation' will also be on the list. Do...you know how to do those things?
no subject
I wouldn't. Not even a little. Not a single bit.
[ Extremely terrible. ]
And no. I don't. What is this...'fun,' you speak of? This 'relaxation?'
no subject
Well, if you won't feel bad, I guess I will just have to feel bad. It would be happening on my shift...
[Except, he totally doesn't.]
I guess if you want to find out, you will just have to come along on the trip. I hear there might be some training too. That will make it so it is not all bad, right? Maybe we can even surprise Dick a bit, since he doesn't know about all my neat tricks yet.
no subject
-Tt.- I already said fine, didn't I?
...he doesn't know about the vanishing thing, does he?
[ He really hopes he doesn't because that would be hilarious. ]
no subject
[Just for the record that would be Damian and Saber, though any servant might mention that they all have spirit form.]
So...why are you so worried about if my meeting with him went okay?
no subject
terrible surprisereal treat, then. ]I'm not worried. Who said I was worried?
He can be obnoxious, that's all.
[ It wouldn't matter if his two favorite people in his very small world didn't get along well. ]
no subject
[Considering they very quickly started talking about important topics, there seems to be little chance of them not getting along...]
Well...he did seem pretty insistent about adding a highwire to my school, but I can't say I have much problem with that. Just...no elephants.
[Sorry, Dick.]
no subject
Believe me.
I know about the elephants.
no subject
[Lucky for Diarmuid, there is really no one to tell embarrassing stories about him, though his legend is another thing all together.]

no subject
[Of course, how many times have you done that while watching My Little Pony, Damian?]
Well, at least he didn't fall asleep on patrol and fall off a roof or something...
no subject
oncenever. ]Oh, he's done that, too. Sometimes we'll be waiting hours on a stake-out, and I'll have to grab him by the cape.
no subject
Okay, well then...]
Why do the villains fear you two again? You're...cute.
no subject
[ He is aghast. They're not cute. ]
Hardly. You just haven't seen us in action. If you saw us fight, really fight, you'd know.
no subject
[Sorry, Damian. Try again.]
Though, I would really like to see you both go full force someday. I am sure you would like to see me do the same.
no subject
We're not cute.
You'll see. We'll get that chance sooner or later, and you will be intimidated.
[ He'd like to see Diarmuid in the field, too, come to think of it. Him and Saber both. ]
no subject
[He's faced down armies of 800 plus men, fought a giant cyclops, and hunted monstrous animals. Little intimidates him anymore.]
But what is so wrong with being cute? It's not a bad thing.
no subject
People don't take cute things seriously.
[ Totally not puffing up at his phone in affront. ]

also i have been breaking MY brain figuring out DC timelines and his b-day is totes non-canonical.
*pats* It's okay. Diarmuid's is non-canon too. Neither the anime/myth give anything to go by.
it wouldn't be so bad if DC actually indicated seasons/a timeline OTL
But that would require continuity...
i hear continuity is poisonous to dc
I have heard this too. IT MUST BE TRUE! X.x
