In truth, he had been avoiding coming here until recently, since he knows himself well enough to know that being in such a place would make him want to actively start training again, which would not have gone well for the first few months.
Thankfully, he's on the mend. Taking his recovery slowly rather than barreling into full-on training again has caused him to heal up nicely, meaning that he spends some days entirely without his bandages now that his wounds are less garish. Diarmuid might have seen him around, both with and without them. He's even been testing out using his magic again, which has been going very well.
During this visit, he's asked to speak with Diarmuid specifically, so someone has gone to retrieve him. While he waits, Vergil busies himself with watching a sparring match from the hallway. The way he observes the swordfight is studious, as though he's examining every misstep and figuring out which of the fighters is more experienced.]

Backdated to after Kakyoin's post after Ishimaru disappeared.
He'd been dealing with the news in his own way. He didn't react much outwardly, but he had hardly stopped thinking about it since he realized. More than being angry or sad -- emotions which did still exist in some capacity -- he was concerned. He hoped that wherever Ishimaru ended up, he would be alright. The last time someone he cared about went home for any extended period hadn't exactly gone well.

There are a lot of people from different worlds, right? Elves, vampires, superheroes and all other types of people with supernatural powers as well as normal humans with no powers whatsoever. I was just wondering, however, if there have been any cases here of normal humans who have managed to get superpowers. Not necessarily temporary ones from events but permanent ones they managed to learn from training and such.
